"value": "A. Predmetné verejné obstarávanie nie je zeleným ani sociálnym obstarávaním.\nB. Predmet zákazky bude spolufinancovaný z finančných prostriedkov EÚ:\nPSK-MIRRI-014-2024-ITI-EFRR - Výzva na predkladanie žiadostí o poskytnutie nenávratného finančného príspevku na investície do kultúry, prírodného dedičstva a cestovného ruchu (ďalej len „Výzva NFP“), vyhlásená Ministerstvom investícií, regionálneho rozvoja a informatizácie SR ako riadiacim orgánom pre Program Slovensko 2021-2027 (ďalej len „Poskytovateľ NFP“), Kód ŽoNFP: NFP401501B277.\nF. Doklady predložené k preukázaniu ponúkaného tovaru, definované v bode 16.3. pod písm. I) súťažných podkladov sa povoľuje predložiť aj v anglickom alebo nemeckom jazyku, ak neexistuje predmetný doklad v štátnom jazyku a nie je možné inak identifikovať ponúkaný tovar, resp. inak preukázať splnenie požiadaviek na predmet zákazky. Napriek predmetnej skutočnosti sa odporúča takéto doklady úradne preložiť, nakoľko uvedené môže mať vplyv na vyhodnotenie splnenia požiadaviek na predmet zákazky."

"value": "A. Predmetné verejné obstarávanie nie je zeleným ani sociálnym obstarávaním.\nB. Predmet zákazky bude spolufinancovaný z finančných prostriedkov EÚ:\nPSK-MIRRI-014-2024-ITI-EFRR - Výzva na predkladanie žiadostí o poskytnutie nenávratného finančného príspevku na investície do kultúry, prírodného dedičstva a cestovného ruchu (ďalej len „Výzva NFP“), vyhlásená Ministerstvom investícií, regionálneho rozvoja a informatizácie SR ako riadiacim orgánom pre Program Slovensko 2021-2027 (ďalej len „Poskytovateľ NFP“), Kód ŽoNFP: NFP401501B277.\nF. Doklady predložené k preukázaniu ponúkaného tovaru, definované v bode 16.3. pod písm. I) súťažných podkladov sa povoľuje predložiť aj v anglickom alebo nemeckom jazyku, ak neexistuje predmetný doklad v štátnom jazyku a nie je možné inak identifikovať ponúkaný tovar, resp. inak preukázať splnenie požiadaviek na predmet zákazky. Napriek predmetnej skutočnosti sa odporúča takéto doklady úradne preložiť, nakoľko uvedené môže mať vplyv na vyhodnotenie splnenia požiadaviek na predmet zákazky."
