"value": "Zhotoviteľ je povinný pri realizácii stavebných prác zabezpečiť splnenie sociálneho hľadiska pri dodávke stavebných prác je povinný zabezpečiť zamestnanie minimálne 1 osoby počas celej doby výstavby uvedenej v bode 3.2 zmluvy o dielo (t.j. od prevzatia staveniska zhotoviteľom do ukončenia prác podľa bodu 3.2.2. zmluvy o dielo), spĺňajúc kumulatívne predpoklady pre túto osobu uvedené v písm. a) a b) nižšie: a) patrí k marginalizovanej rómskej komunite, a zároveň b) je nezamestnaná, pričom uprednostnená bude dlhodobo nezamestnaná osoba a to využitím všetkých prostriedkov, ktoré mu na to právny poriadok SR poskytuje. Objednávateľ kladie dôraz na využívanie sociálneho aspektu vo verejnom obstarávaní, ktorého vedľajšou externalitou má byť aj zvyšovanie zamestnanosti dlhodobo nezamestnaných prostredníctvom vlastnej personálnej politiky, alebo personálnej politiky subdodávateľov. Zmluvná povinnosť zhotoviteľa týkajúca sa zabezpečenia zamestnania min. 1 osoby, spĺňajúcich kumulatívne predpoklady uvedené v písm. a) a b) vyššie bude považovaná za splnenú, ak dôjde k zamestnaniu tejto osoby počas celej doby realizácie stavebných prác. Porušenie tejto zmluvnej povinnosti zakladá právo na zmluvnú pokutu podľa Článku 8 Zmluvné pokuty a iné sankcie, konkrétne bod 8.10. zmluvy o dielo."

"value": "Zhotoviteľ je povinný pri realizácii stavebných prác zabezpečiť splnenie sociálneho hľadiska pri dodávke stavebných prác je povinný zabezpečiť zamestnanie minimálne 1 osoby počas celej doby výstavby uvedenej v bode 3.2 zmluvy o dielo (t.j. od prevzatia staveniska zhotoviteľom do ukončenia prác podľa bodu 3.2.2. zmluvy o dielo), spĺňajúc kumulatívne predpoklady pre túto osobu uvedené v písm. a) a b) nižšie: a) patrí k marginalizovanej rómskej komunite, a zároveň b) je nezamestnaná, pričom uprednostnená bude dlhodobo nezamestnaná osoba a to využitím všetkých prostriedkov, ktoré mu na to právny poriadok SR poskytuje. Objednávateľ kladie dôraz na využívanie sociálneho aspektu vo verejnom obstarávaní, ktorého vedľajšou externalitou má byť aj zvyšovanie zamestnanosti dlhodobo nezamestnaných prostredníctvom vlastnej personálnej politiky, alebo personálnej politiky subdodávateľov. Zmluvná povinnosť zhotoviteľa týkajúca sa zabezpečenia zamestnania min. 1 osoby, spĺňajúcich kumulatívne predpoklady uvedené v písm. a) a b) vyššie bude považovaná za splnenú, ak dôjde k zamestnaniu tejto osoby počas celej doby realizácie stavebných prác. Porušenie tejto zmluvnej povinnosti zakladá právo na zmluvnú pokutu podľa Článku 8 Zmluvné pokuty a iné sankcie, konkrétne bod 8.10. zmluvy o dielo."
